I have studied in great detail the course Insane Productivity, by Darren Hardy. This course is not about motivation or sales. It is about being more productive. These are my main takeaways:

These are my main takeaways from the course Insane Productivity, by Darren Hardy:

  1. You already know what to do, but you don’t do it.
  2. Social media is kryptonite for the brain, minimize it.
  3. Control the monkey brain (scattered mind).
  4. Minimize multitasking.
  5. Get on beast mode for 80/20 activities.
  6. Determine what you must give up.
  7. Use the 3D plan: Delete/Delegate/Double down.
  8. Simplify
  9. Isolate yourself for periods of time (jam sessions/airplane mode, etc.)
  10. Develop productivity rituals (put on a cap, go somewhere, close the door, etc.)
  11. 4Ps: Planning Prevents Poor Performance.
  12. Evaluate/adjust the people that you spend time with.

He estudiado en gran detalle el curso Insane Productivity, de Darren Hardy. Este no es un curso de motivación o ventas. Es acerca de ser más productivo. Estas son las principales lecciones que aprendí:

  1. Ya sabes lo que tienes que hacer, pero no lo haces.
  2. Los medios sociales son kriptonita para el cerebro, minimízalos.
  3. Controla tu cerebro de mono (mente distraída).
  4. Minimiza el multitasking.
  5. Apasiónate por las actividades 80/20.
  6. Determina lo que tienes que dejar atrás.
  7. Usa EDE: Elimina, Delega, Enfatiza.
  8. Simplifica
  9. Aíslate por períodos de tiempo (sesiones de concentración, modo avión, etc.)
  10. Desarrolla rituales de productividad (ponte una gorra, ve a un lugar, cierra la puerta, etc.)
  11. 4Ps: El planeamiento Previene la Pobre Productividad.
  12. Evalúa/ajusta las personas con que pasas tu tiempo.
